Shipping & Returns Policy UAE Deliveries: Orders within the UAE are usually delivered within 1?3 working days
GCC Deliveries: Shipments to GCC countries typically take 5?7 working days, depending on the courier and customs clearance.
International Orders: Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs regulations. Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
Shipping Charges
Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UAE time) are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Returns & Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
Eligible products can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uncut, and in original packaging. Any product that has been cut, modified, installed, or used in any way will not qualify for return or refund.
Custom cut or specially manufactured products are non-returnable unless faulty.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7?10 working days to your original payment method.

Delivery Charges
